5.  Yea, I'm a moron. Why would Cleveland be in white? Detroit's #3 at bat in the bottom of the 9nth.

9.  The Indians in the photo are Alvaro Espinoza (3B), Omar Vizquel (SS), Jose Mesa (P), Albert Belle (LF), Kenny Lofton (CF), and Sandy Alomar Jr. (C). Trammell would go on to ground out to Omar.

10.  I miss Tiger Stadium. I wish I could make a trip to Detroit before the wrecking balls get to it, but I doubt that will happen.

12.  So if the retrosheet on the umpires reads HP, 1B, 2B, 3B, then the umpires in the picture are Dan Morrison (HP) and Greg Kosc (2B). I just wanted to point that out for completeness' sake. No word on the names of all the fans, however.

Fun game, if too easy for some...

13.  11 Amen. I'll be missing upper deck seats that seem to hang right over the action a lot when the new Yankee Stadium opens in 2009.

14.  RE: "No word on the names of all the fans, however."

Since Ernie Harwell was probably calling this game on the radio, you can be sure that HE knew who was in the stands.

"...and that foul ball was caught by a gentleman from Hamtramck."
