You Can Plan On Me

Just got back from a quick family trip to Disneyland. I was on the Haunted Mansion ride when the ride got stuck. I was forced to listen to a barbership quintet of pumpkins sing the phrase “We wish you…a scary, scary Christmas” for about six minutes straight.

I thought it would never end.

“…and a haunted New Year.” *Shudder*

1.  The ride probably didn't break down. They stop it when someone who needs a wheelchair or is on crutches gets off.

3.  One time I got stuck on that Carousel Of Progress at Magic Kingdom. We were literally stuck in the 40s for like half an hour. "There's a great big beautiful tomorrow... shining at the end of every day!"

4.  the barbership quintet? Isn't that the part of the ride right before the cork screw loop? Yeah, great ride. Is Shamu still there?

5.  3 The Carousel of Progress stopped spinning?

How appropriate.

During Christmastime, the Haunted Mansion is redone in the style of Tim Burton's "The Nightmare Before Christmas."

7.  1 - Yeah, if it was broken down, it would have been a longer and much more unpleasant wait. I think it broke down for us for around half an hour when I was there.
