And it's between 1973 and 1975 because the tyke I assume is a young Ken Arneson is wearing a World Champs t-shirt, so that plus Reggie limits it to those three years following Oakland's first championship in 1972. That Reggie homers and Ks, however, aint' gonna help narrow it down too much none.

8.  I think I figured it out too. If I'm right, that homerun is a three-run shot by the visiting rightfielder.
